Bookmarks
Save any piece of group content for quick access later — posts, events, files, polls, photos, and more.
What are Bookmarks?
Bookmarks are your personal shortlist of group content you want to return to. Save a post, an event, a file, a poll, a photo, or any other supported content type with one tap, then find it instantly from your Bookmarks page — without having to remember where it lives.
Bookmarks are private — only you can see your saved items.
Saving a Bookmark
Look for the bookmark icon on any supported content. It appears on:
- Posts — in the post detail view
- Polls — in the poll detail view
- Events — in the event detail view
- Photo albums — in the album header
- Individual photos — in the lightbox
- Files — in the file detail view
- Resources — in the resource detail panel
- Lists — in the list view
- Web pages — in the page header
- Q&A subjects and questions — in the subject or question view
- Chat rooms and individual chat messages
Tap the bookmark icon to save. The icon fills in to confirm it's saved. Tap again to remove the bookmark.
Browsing Bookmarks
Open Bookmarks from the app navigation (or from your account menu). All your saved items appear as cards in a grid, organized by when you saved them.
Each card shows enough detail to recognize the item — title, type icon, and a brief preview — and clicking it navigates directly to the full content.
Filtering & Searching
Filter by type
When you have bookmarks from more than one content type, a row of filter chips appears at the top of the page. Tap any chip to show only bookmarks of that type:

Tap All to clear the filter and see everything again.
Search
Tap the search icon in the page header to open the search bar. Type to filter your bookmarks by keyword. Search checks titles, descriptions, and content text across all bookmark types. Press Escape or tap the clear button to close the search bar.
Removing a Bookmark
To remove a bookmark, tap the filled bookmark icon on the content (wherever you first saved it), or navigate to it from the Bookmarks page and tap the icon there. The icon returns to its outline state and the item is removed from your Bookmarks page.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can other members see my bookmarks?
No. Bookmarks are completely private — only you can see what you've saved.
What plan do I need for bookmarks?
Bookmark availability may vary by plan.
What happens to my bookmarks if the original content is deleted?
If the bookmarked content is deleted by an admin or its creator, it will no longer be accessible from your Bookmarks page. The bookmark entry is automatically cleaned up.
Is there a limit to how many bookmarks I can save?
There is no published limit on the number of items you can bookmark.
