Members Directory

Browse, search, and manage every member of your group — with detailed profiles and flexible filtering.

Overview

The Members Directory shows everyone in your group in a searchable, sortable table. Members can look up contact details and profiles. Admins have additional tools for inviting, managing, and exporting member data.

Browsing Members

Open Members from your group's navigation. On desktop, members are displayed in a table with sortable columns. On mobile, members appear as cards.

Click any column header to sort the table by that column. Click again to reverse the order.

Tap any member row (desktop) or card (mobile) to open a quick-view of their profile. Click View Full Profile in the quick-view to open their complete profile page.

The Name and Badge columns are always shown and cannot be hidden.

Member Profiles

Each member has a profile page showing the information they've filled in. Open it by clicking a member row and then View Full Profile.

Profiles can include:

Editing your own profile

Open your profile and tap the pencil icon in the header to edit it. You can update any field that your admin has made editable. See the Your Profile guide for details.

Privacy

If a profile has fields that are set to private, a lock icon and "Some fields are hidden" notice appears. Fields marked as private are visible only to the member themselves and admins.

Printing & Exporting

Print

Tap the print icon in the page header to print the current member list. An orientation picker lets you choose portrait or landscape before printing. You can also export as a PDF.

Export Admin

Admins can export the full member list as a data file. Tap Export in the toolbar and choose:

Inviting Members Admin

Tap the Invite Member button (person-plus icon) in the page header to add new members.

For each pending invitation you can:

Select multiple invitations using the checkboxes to Resend or Delete them in bulk.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can all members see everyone's contact details?

Members can see the profile information that each person has filled in and that their admin has made visible. Fields marked as private are hidden from other members. Admins can see all fields.

How do I update my own profile?

Open the Members page, tap your own name, and tap the pencil icon on your profile page. See the Your Profile guide for full details.

What are Member Groups?

Member Groups are sub-groups within your main group — for example, teams, committees, or age categories. Admins configure them in the group settings. Once set up, the Member Group filter and column appear in the Members page.

What's the difference between a role and a member group?

A role (Admin, Member, etc.) controls what a person can do in the group. A member group is an organizational label that groups people together — it doesn't affect permissions.
